Superb , VERY RARE , David Winter , Very Rare Piece , THE WINE MERCHANT , 1980 . The piece has the ORIGINAL STICKER ON THE BASE . This is a Excellent Piece in Superb Mint Condition . This is a Very Rare Old Piece . THIS STUNNING , WOOD BUILT , 3 STOREY WINE MERCHANT'S HOUSE AND STORE IS AMAZING . IT HAS A STONE CHIMNEY AT ONE SIDE A STONE ARCHWAY AT THE OTHER SIDE A CLIMBING SHRUB GROWING UP THE FRONT AND A SIGN OVER THE SHOP SAYING MARKET STREET . The piece was made by hand and painted by hand . David Winter cottages are Quality Pieces , the piece has " D W C 1980 " and the copyright mark stamped into the resin . This piece is highly detailed , wonderfully sculpted , brilliantly painted and Visually Superb . The quality is wonderful .
