Superb , VERY RARE , David Winter , Very Rare Piece , PILGRIMS REST , 1983 . The piece has the ORIGINAL STICKER ON THE BASE . This is a Excellent Piece in EXCELLENT MINT CONDITION . THE PIECE HAS A TUDOR STYLE WITH THATCHED ROOFS , CLIMBING SHRUBS AND A LARGE TREE. This is a Very Rare Old Piece . The piece was made by hand and painted by hand . David Winter cottages are Quality Pieces , the piece has " D W C 1983 " and the copyright mark stamped into the resin . This piece is highly detailed , wonderfully sculpted , brilliantly painted and Visually Superb . The quality is wonderful .
