Seller's Description

Damaged Airfix LOWMAC Wagon (Parts Only) – from the late 1960s/very early 1970’s

  • Size : 11cm long x 3.4cm wide x 1.3cm tall
  • Weight: 6g
  • Era: bought and made in late 1960’s or very early 1970’s
  • Condition: Wagon assembled but boggies and couplings missing. No instructions or original packaging. The plastic used is yellow and no paint has been applied.
  • Comments: Originally introduced by Airfix in 1964 and came with a plastic JCB digger which the wagon would be used to transport. As this is in a poor state it would probably only be of use as spare parts, or for a highly skilled refurbisher. It could also be used to depict a scrapped wagon in the sidings of some train set.
  • The last two images can be viewed in 3D by using stereo anaglyph glasses and placing the red filter over the left eye and the blue/green filter over the right eye. You will get best results if you view them in a darkened room to minimize screen reflections. Try zooming in to see parts of the image in full resolution in 3D.
