This auction is for a Cotswoldsport Lozenge Tom Thumb Bit Bit size as Heading Thickness 14mm This is one of my favourite bits - however my horses take a 6" bit, so the solution was to make one ourselves! The Tom Thumb is actually a strange description as it is nothing like a US tom thumb bit, this is actually much closer to the Dewsbury & Neue Schule Jumper bits. It is unusual in providing poll action with the ability to lift the head. Ideal for show jumping where you need to get your horses hocks underneath them to jump. This bit is made from stainless steel with a 14mm mouthpeice.
