ACC3 A rare specialist nostalgia postcard published circa 10 years ago as a limited series of this earlier vintage 1950s comic of "Crime Does Not Pay" with this collectors issue cover artwork from 70 years ago showing a fisherman in a boat passing a corpse where the hand holds above the water covered in blood with the cover boasting the stories all tue and reverse has further identification of the artist of the issue & its year of release with even a small artist drawing for where the stamp is affixed and is is unused and mint.
