According to newspaper reports of the time, the DELABOLE UNIONISTS CLUB opened on
Saturday, 16th July, 1910, and by September of that year had signed-up more than 100 members.
The premises, at 28 Pengelly, Delabole, is now known as the Delabole Working Mens Club.

In this image, which may well be a photographic record of the opening day, there is a poster
in the right-hand window that is partially legible (with high-definition scanning) that reads:
