Published by Buchhandlung Mandria, Abbazia, not numbered, the title on the front was originally in German and has been overprinted in Italian.
Postally used on 6 April 1931 with Laurana - Fiume cancellations on brown 10c and dark violet 50c stamps and sent to Budapest.
Very good condition, with slight corner bumps.
