Although label says "40W",

By my measurements, they are:-

Waist - 42"

Inside Leg - 32" 

Ankle Hem - 9¾" across

2 Hip Pockets, 2 Back Pockets with button fastening.

Hook&Bar / Button Fastening with Zip Fly

Generally in Good Condition, however, they do have some greyish stains on the back of the Left leg and others along the mid-seam (mainly visible on the inside), which I was unable to wash out. Having said that, whilst wearing these trousers, the grey stains were hard to spot, as they look like shadows. The 'Brown' spot stains (see last pic) are a little more obvious (Hence the low price)... They went through a machine wash, but would possibly be removed better with a Dry Clean, or maybe steam clean.

(From a pet free/smoke free home, but these have been in storage for a while, so have marks and creases, that need washing and ironing).
