Men's, Black, Long Sleeve, 100% cotton, Pull Over Top Sweat by Chaps, Size Large, V neck front with zipper neck, zips all the way up so collar covers neck if desired. Zipper intact and working, chaps little logo on chest left. Nice warm  top, could be worn alone or over another lighter shirt as a sweat type jacket.
