Certificate Union Castle Shipping Line From Count Ciano, Mussolini's Son In Law

A fasinating historical certificate from the Italian Ministry of Communications granting permission for the 'Llandaff Castle' ship, part of the Union Castle shipping line, to operate radio in port in 1933. It is signed by the minister Count Ciano who became Mussolini's son-in-law and was later executed by firing squad at the request of Hitler. He died in tears as he thought his father-in-law would save him but he didn't. The document is fragile and starting to split where it has been folded so will need preserving.
