By my measurements, they are:-

Elasticated Waistband - 30" at rest (can stretch beyond 40")

Probably best suited to someone approx. 34" waist

Overall Length - 20½"

Inside Leg - 9¼" 

Hem - 12¼" across

2 Hip Pockets, 1 Back pocket (with velcro fastening).

I found these in the bottom of a drawer. They have been washed clean, but they're pretty old and 'bobbly'. They have the cord that runs through the waistband, to tie up. They are in OK condition (but too small for me).

(From a pet free/smoke free home, but these have been in storage for a while, so may have creases, and need ironing).
