Butterick 6991 sewing pattern, Circa early 1980s, can be used to make misses Skirt, Blouse and Jacket in a sizes 12. (See the pattern inventory below to see which pieces have been cut out already).

MISSES JACKET. BLOUSE & SKIRT Loose fitting lined jacket has notched collar and lapel, front buttoned closing, front and back princess seaming, welt pocket, two-piece full length sleeves with button trim. Purchased shoulder pads. Loose-fitting blouse has standing collar with attached tie ends, mock fly front buttoned closing, front and back darts and extended shoulders. Straight bias skirt four inches (10cm) below mid-knee has front and back gathered into shaped waistband, left side zipper closing. Edge-stitching.

NOTIONS: Jacket: 4” Thick Shoulder Pads. Two 5/8“ (line 24) and Six ½” (line 20) Buttons and Straight Seam Binding. Blouse: One ¼” (line 12) and Four ½” (line 20) Buttons. Skirt: 7” Skirt Zipper and One Hook and Eye Closure. Straight Seam Binding (optional) for Blouse and Skirt.

FABRICS: Soft or Crisp fabrics such as Linen, Chino, Wool Crepe, Gabardine, Tweed and Wool Flannel for Jacket and Skirt. Silk Broadcloth, Crepe, Challis, Faille, Synthetic Silk, Cotton Broadcloth and Pongee for Blouse.
Obvious diagonal fabrics are not suitable. For one-way design use nap yardage and nap layout. Allowance for matching plaid and stripes not included in yardages given.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
