Butterick 5800 sewing pattern. This 1987 vintage, easy rated pattern, can be used to make a misses' French maid and/or vampire costume. The Maid costume has been cut to a size Medium(12-14) and can still be used to make sizes Petite(6) and Small(8-10). The Vampire costume has not been trimmed yet so it can still be used on all 4 sizes: (6), S (8-10), M(12-14), L (16-18). The petticoat for the maid costume has not been trimmed, so it can also be used on all 4 sizes.

The pattern includes a bonus "Face Make-up Designs" to make 7 different faces using makeup. Include are: Child's Animal Face, Adult Skeleton, Clown, Gorilla, Camouflage, Vampire, and Witch/Vampiress.

MISSES' COSTUME:
A: costume (micro-mini) has fitted bodice (loose-fitting through bust). elasticized neckline. flared skirt. attached petticoat. back zipper and above elbow sleeves with elasticized sleeves; apron has waistband. Purchased trim.
B: straight. pullover costume has elasticized neckline and sleeve cap. uneven hem and long sleeves. Belt has shaped front. Purchased headband.

NOTIONS:
Costume A: 20" (50cm) Zipper. 1 7/8 yds (1 .8m) of 1/4" (6mm) Elastic. 1/4" (6mm) and 1/2" (13mm) Double Fold Bias Tape. 1/2" (13mm) Single Fold Bias Tape. 6-7/8 yds. (6.3m) of 1-1/2" (3.8cm) Single Edge Scalloped Ruffling and Hook and Eyes. Apron: 1 yd. (1.0m) of 1/2" (13mm) Single Edge Scalloped Ruffling.
Costume B: 1/2" (13mm) Single Fold Bias Tape and 1-1/8 yds. (1.1 m) of 1/4" (6mm) Elastic. Belt: 1-3/4 yds. (1.6m) of 2-1/4" (5.7cm) Ribbon.

FABRICS:
Cotton Broadcloth and Sateen for A.B. Also Taffeta for A, Ltwt. Knits for Band Satin for Belt. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts for pile. shaded or one-way design fabrics.

The envelope is in fair condition with minor corner folding and a small rip on the top right corner. It has been stamped "No Refunds or Exchanges" (see Pictures).

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item
