Published by J. Swan, Dumfries, printed by William Ritchie & Sons Ltd, Edinburgh, Reliable Series, No 313/28.
Postally used on 28 ? 1907 with double circle Dumfries cancellation on red one penny stamp and sent to Miss A. Matthews, Curran Street, Kimberley, South Africa.
Good condition, with extremely slight corner bumps and light album marks, but small very light crease to top right corner and slight bump to bottom right corner, otherwise very good.
