BSA Gearbox Drain Plug Bolt. Used on BSA pre-unit gearboxes 1939+ including A7 A10 B31 - A models, B models and C models.
Hexagon head. Has a nice subtle domed head.
The bolt is 5/16" BSW (18tpi). Length from under head is 7/16" or very slightly under; so 13/32". Across flats of head (AF) is 0.525".
