Published by Brown & Rawcliffe Ltd, Liverpool, not numbered.
Postally used on 18 October 1911 with double circle Liverpool cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mr Leonard Pearson, Pearson's Farm, Southcliffe Road, Carlton, near Nottingham.
Fairly good condition, with noticeable corner wear, large chip to left centre of top edge and creases to both bottom corners.
