All of our kits are assembled in the UK.
Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.
The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.
Mr Injector UK services a wide range of petrol injectors - standard port, high pressure (GDI, FSI, etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo, side feed, K Jetronic, air-assisted, hose to rail injectors from the 1960s onwards (including seized injectors) and cold start injectors. Our complete overhaul service kit was designed for Bosch EV6 fuel injectors 0280155 0280156--- with the ribbed/fluted pintle retainer securing the lower O ring.
OUR FILTERS ARE THE CORRECT ORIGINALS NOT UNIVERSAL ONES OTHERS SELL, THEY ARE FULL LENGTH FULL CAPACITY.
The injector is NOT in the sale, it's there to help you identify the service kit.
Seal Kit 150 for 6 cylinders, contained are:
6 X Filter baskets FULL LENGTH
6 x Fuel rail seals
6 x Pintle retaining discs fluted/ribbed type (that secure the lower O ring into position)
6 x Inlet manifold seals
