Original Italian 13 inch x 27 1/2 inch Locandina Poster the 1956 Joris Ivens & Gérard Philipe Adventure BOLD ADVENTURE (LES AVENTURES DE TILL L'ESPIÈGLE), based on the novel by Charles de Coster and starring Gerard Philipe as Till Eulenspiegel, Jean Vilar, Nicole Berger, Fernand Ledoux, Jean Devucourt, Raymond Souplex and Georges Chamarat.
Till Eulenspigel was a legendary German trickster who died from the plague in 1350, famed for playing practical jokes on clerics and townspeople alike.
The poster is in very good condition with 5 horizontal folds, a nick in the bottom edge and a tiny hole upper right.
