Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.

The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.

Seal Kit 188

Our seal kit 188 features the three integral parts needed to refurbish your Bosch 0261500008 BMW injectors 13647512081; 

the lower seal Teflon bushes, 

the high pressure Viton 90shA GDi specific seals 

and our new specially designed stainless/brass all-metal filters.

We recommend replacing the original plastic mesh filters with the all-metal ones in high pressure setups because they don't break down and get pushed inside the injectors like the originals can do, which causes reduced fuel flow.

These Viton seals have a higher Shore rating than our standard Viton orings so that they can withstand the high pressure, with a rating of 90shA. Using lower rated seals could compromise your system.

Please note that a swaging tool is needed to install the Teflon bushes onto the lower shaft of the injector.
