Interesting difference of dies in attractive condition, which for its outstanding features was nicknamed by collectors "blind Queen".. It represents the strike with low relief, there is practically no eye on the prominent portrait of Raphael David Maklouf.. This new portrait appeared on the coins in 2004, though it was presented by him much earlier! See the excellent example of his splendid work with high relief..
