Unfortunately the cat has used up two of it's nine lives.
There is a chip on the inside one of the ears, this is hardly noticable and can be felt rather than seen.
There is also a hairline crack that is very noticable. I don't think it has gone all the way through, the ping test is providing the same sound at the edge of the crack as it does everywhere else.
