Parlaphone, PMC 1255 '65 (Original first pressing)

The record comes in its original poly lined 'Emitex' inner paper sleeve which has some creasing.

For the purists ... KT tax stamp on centre of side 2. Mother stamp (side 1) = 6; (side 2) = 9. Lacquer stamp side 1 = X E X 549 2; side 2 = X E X 550 2. Stamper (side 1) = A D T; (side 2) = A G L.

'THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.' rim print. 'Sold in UK subject to ...' across centre of label. Bottom right of back cover has 'Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd.'

Large "33 1/3RD RPM" logo printed above Parlophone logo.

Outline 'mono' top right corner of front cover.

Minor surface marks with the occasional light scratch both sides, none of which can be seen unless under strong direct artificial light;

there is a minor clicking on track 1 side 1 which starts approximately at the end of the first 3rd, and finishes approximately at the end of the second 3rd. ; a couple of mild clicks in between tracks 6 and 7 on side 1; there is a white spot on side 2, track 1 which however, has no effect on play;

Faint spindle marks both sides.

Card sleeve has 1/2" horizontal split to lower end of back cover, and a 1/4" horizontal split to top left (opening) corner of back cover; minor rubbing to corners; minor pin hole to top centre of front & back cover; two minor pin holes to top right corner of front cover which extend through to back cover; faint sticker residue to top centre of front cover; minor rubbing to opening edges of front & back covers; three faint 'thumb' creases to right side of front cover.
