Why does your listing say dispatch 5 days?
As with most sellers and people in general, this isn’t my only gig, I have other priorities and responsibilities to take care of as the day goes on. If I am at school, work, sleeping, or taking care of errands, I won’t be able to process your order. Likewise just because I may be able to respond to your message doesn't mean I'm not currently busy with another order or already occupied with something outside of .
Please note, working a full time job with a busy life means I can only go to the post office 1-2 times a week. If you require your item ASAP please let me know and I'll try and get it to the post office the next working day. Thank you

My item hasn't arrived!
Royal Mail won't class an item as lost until 15 working days have past since the item was posted (Monday - Friday, Saturday's aren't counted). If your item hasn't arrived after this time, please send me a message informing me and I put in a claim for you. This process by Royal Mail can take several weeks, so please be patient
