This loco is a non-runner but it's a simple fix. One wire has become detached from the modified pickups (see final photo). It just needs resoldering. I've tested and the motor runs fine.
As can be seen from that photo, the chassis has been modified. In particular the gauge has been widened to about 20mm. Consequently it will NOT run on OO Gauge the wheels are too far apart.
It's being sold as spares/repairs.
