Published by The Rotograph Co, New York City, No F.D. 5464b.

Postally used on 26 October 1907 with ?sville WVA cancellation on green 1 cent stamp and sent to Mrs R.G. Hogue, Belmont, Ohio.

Good condition, with extremely slight corner bumps, but very small dark mark to top left and slight wear to bottom left corner.
