Attractive Stoneware Studio Pottery Posy Vase A/F

Beautiful little stoneware vase, half glazed, with scraffito decoration. It has no pottery marks so I'm afraid I don't know the pottery. All I can tell you is that it was found in Cornwall. It has a small neat restoration to a chip on the rim, please see photo, otherwise in good condition.
