Published by Valerntine & Sons Ltd, Dundee & London, Valentine's Series, No 13430, photo registered in 1890.

Postally used on 23 August 1913 with double circle Teignmouth cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs Sibley, 8 St Day Road, Redruth, Cornwall.

Good condition, with some corner bumps or chips and tiny light crease to left centre top edge.
