Seller's Description
A small frosted pink glass bowl made by Walther and Sohne in their "Rosen" pattern.
The turned-down rim has a decorative pattern of rose flowers.
These bowls are rarely offered for sale. When they are, they usually have a lid
and are sold as a "powder bowl". However, the 1937 Walther Catalogue shows them as both
a lidded "Dosen" (box) or an unlidded "Schalen" (bowl), for table use.
In very good used condition.
Several tiny flea-bites to the bowl's inner rim,
plus a small rough area (1/2 inch approx.) to the down-turned outer rim.
Neither visible enough to detract.
