Seller's Description
This is, a rarely seen example of this bowl. I haven't found it on any of the reference sites I use and only identified it from the Reich company's 1934 catalogue reproduced on www.pressglas-pavilon.de (page 58).
PLEASE NOTE. Due to the width and thinness of the rim I don't think it can be successfully sent by post or courier.

It is a very large and impressive centerpiece bowl made in green Uranium glass.
It features a textured angular pattern to the outer surface a very wide rim and a twelve-sided base.
Glows well under UV light.
It has the following faults.
A small crack (possibly a stress-fracture) to the base, which seems completely within the glass. I have tried to show this in photo 7 within the white bracket.
A manufacturing fault to the rim (see photo 6)
This appears to be caused by small black inclusions, has been partly polished and without chips.
Light surface marks, mainly to the upper surface of the rim.
