Seller's Description
A pink glass centerpiece bowl with geometric decorative band and standing on four 'ball' feet.
It has been ascribed to Walther & Sohne but with a question mark against it. In shape, size and decorative style it is very similar
to other pieces known to be made by them (e.g the "Orient" bowls), but there is no known contemporary image to positively prove
this identification.
In very good used condition.
No chips or cracks.
But the internal surface of the bowl shows considerable light marking which indicates use
over many years. Not disfiguring but neither is it in anything like pristine condition.
I have filtered the last photo to try to show this.
Diameter. 31.5cms. (12.25 inches approx.)
33cms. (13 inches approx.) including the handles that protrude slightly from the rim.
Height. 6cms. (2.25 inches approx.)
