In a tactical game infused with knowledge, guesswork, choice and sheer luck, players set off from london to pursue the trail that Michael charted during his epic TV series. A roll of the die, a correct answer and you could be posting a card from such farflung cities as Moscow, Alexandria or Singapore. a wrong answer could see the days running away from you and time running out. A piece of bad news can hold you up and post cards left in your hand can add unwanted days to your final score.

The game contains question cards providing multiple choice answers to suit both the knowledgeable player and the educated guesser - no previous knowledge is required to play the game. Questions and news events are based on the people and places Michael encountered on his trip.

The colourful post cards can provide help or hindrance as players endeavour to post them. meanwhile the daysadd up as the all important Date line moves relentlessly across the World  - inevitably leaving one or two players behind!
