The book is complete with no loss.
Generally good.
The front pastedown bears a previous owners bookplate and the first two blank endpapers bear a previous owners name stamp and autograph.
The text block is tightly bound with foxing present throughout (French paper stock).

The quarter leather bindings have some edge wear and a little cracking visible to the top/bottom hinge ends.
There is a small peel of leather to the spine fascia just above the first gilt band.
