This sale is for a 1935, second edition (we believe) of the book, "The Happy Prince & Other Tales" by Oscar Wilde. This book was published by The New Readers Library and was printed in London. The design is a blue cloth hardcover with gilt embossed writing on the spine. 

There is some general wear and tear with minor scuffs which is not surprising considering the age. There are no loose, torn or missing pages.The Overall condition is excellent, please see the pictures and the more detailed condition description of the book below.

Pages:- All present, none missing.

Condition of Pages:- Excellent condition. No marks, no tears. There is a dedication on the second blank page (written in what looks like pencil) at the beginning of the book that says "To little David" followed by a signature we can't read and the date 1936. There is also some slight foxing on some of the pages.

Spine:- Excellent condition though there is some wear and tear at the top of the spine (see pictures).

Front & Rear Cover:- Excellent condition though there is some slight wear and some read marks on the front cover (see pictures).
