All the illustrations from the French edition were included in this, in some cases they have been reassembled, plus two small drawings are duplicated as a force for manuscript. A life-long edition for the artist. Fyodor Rozhankovsky, the artist of Russian emigration, is a fine animator. F. Rozhankovsky's illustrations were not included in the album by HC Andersen (2005)..
