Original 1893 6 7/8 inch x 5 5/8 inch Engraving titled A CORNER OF THE SECOND DRAWING-ROOM, DECORATED BY WILLIAM MORRIS.
Alexander Constantine Ionides (1810 – 1890) was a British art patron and collector, of Greek ancestry. In 1864 he moved to 1 Holland Park, London and in 1875 moved to Hastings leavinh his son Alexander to complete the Aesthetic redecoration at 1 Holland Park by commissioning William Morris and Walter Crane.
