Original circa 1835 10 inch x 6 3/4 inch etching and engraving of the ACROPOLIS AT ATHENS
Print by Albert Henry Payne (1812 - 1902) from his own drawing. Painter, etcher and publisher; born in London, worked in Leipzig from 1838. In 1845 Henry Albert Payne became a citizen of Leipzig, where he founded the publishing company "Englische Kunstanstalt".
