14 pages. 10½x8 inches. Directors Report and the Chairman's Statement. Although basically an accounts document, the Chairman's Statement [2 pages] does contain some interesting information relating to the brewing and pub trade. As well as commenting on the accounts he mentions the staff, trade, finance, brewery and bottling departments, reconstruction, the Nottingham Brewery Limited and Wiley & Co. [their wine and spirit company]. Thin card covers. Some very minor marks to covers otherwise in very good condition. Please note that the scanner tends to exaggerate some marks.
