Synopsis
IRA - 1996. Novel... As the peace process in Northern Ireland gathers momentum, a mysterious terrorist group called January 30 commits a series of random murders, the victims being Arab terrorists, IRA thugs and KGB and CIA officers. The only clues are that the murders are all committed with the same silenced Beretta 9-millimetre' Parabellum, and that January 30 is the date of Bloody Sunday. The British Prime Minister calls in Brigadier Charles Ferguson and Sean Dillon, once a feared IRA enforcer, now Ferguson's right-hand-man, to track down the killers, who seem to have an uncanny knowledge of top secret information. The stakes are raised dramatically with the visit of a high-ranking US Senator to Northern Ireland, mediating between the Republican and Loyalist factions. Dillon must solve the riddle before the whole peace process is derailed.
