A superb example of the E-50 that was designed to be a standard medium tank to replace the Panther and Tiger I but never quite entered service.

The E-50 design was longer then the Panther and almost identical to the King Tiger with the suspension using a conical spring system instead of the more traditional torison bar design. The weight of the E-50 was between 50 and 75 tonnes with the tank being powered by a Maybach HL234 capable of 900hp and 60km/h top speed. The E-50 Flakpanzer was armed with two 3.7cm Flak43 adopting the same modified Panther turret as the Flakpanzer Coelian. As with other E series vehicles, the E-50 never entered service.

Whether for wargaming or just building for display this brand new kit is a beauty. Not to be missed.
