Indications:  
For the relief of aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with backache, strains, bruises and sprains

Active Ingredients:  
Methyl, Methyl Salicylate, Eucalyptus Oil

Direction:  
(External Use Only) to be used on adults and children 2 years of age and older.  Apply and rub to the affected area three to four times daily.

How to use :
Pour a few drops oil to the affected area
Massage the affected area for while
Apply 3-4 times a day
