8 Excellent Condition 7mm (5/8) Hole 3mm slot Vintage Rubber Bushes MGB Mini

New Old Stock 8 Vintage Rubber Bushes with about a 5/8 inch (7mm) hole for Classic Cars, their Radiators (and other uses).

Classic Car renovation time is here again and during the preparation it’s the small things that can be a real pain to find, especially original vintage parts. We decided to mount another expedition to the back of our stores, armed with a strong flashlight.

This time we have unearthed a couple of  types of original New Old Stock Rubber 'Bushes' These ones have a 5/8 inch (7mm), hole (c), have a 1/8 inch (3mm) length recessed area or slot (b), which is appx 7/8 inch (10mm) diameter (a). The flanges are appx 3/16 (2.5mm) thick (d) and are appx 5/8 (16mm) diameter (e).

Our other 'find' is all so listed.

These are well made and  have plenty of 'meat'. We think these may have been used to support radiators and been a general bush for bolts on Leyland type cars, but British industry supplied lots of parts of the motoring industry with the same part so these may fit a Mini, Jenson a Rolls or a DeLorian (actually I doubt the DeLorian as that is a bit new for these stores) or it may fit all of them for some part or the other.

This is a nice general purpose meaty bush and you may never know when you will need one ! They are not expensive either, unlike direct from manufacturers parts or new equivalents; so your wallet will not be 'sliced and diced' !!
