Refunds will be issued if item has been returned within 30 days from the date the item was delivered and is the same condition as received. Returns must be requested and processed through . Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper)
