This impressive 3-tine fork appears to us to be a hand-painted porcelain handle. From France, and stainless steel, both stamped under the tines. A copper fitting joins the two pieces. The handle has been cracked and repaired (nearly seamlessly) but if you look closely you can see the fault and crack lines. Used probably as an appetizer fork or cocktail fork.
