Indications :
As an aid for the relief of minor aches, pains of muscles, joints and sprains.

Directions :
1. Apply 2-3 drops of medicated balm to the affected area.
2. Massage gently with the circle direction with the thumb for 15-20 minutes. Apply force from light to strong. Do not let the patient to be over-pain.
3. Repeat 3-5 times daily till pain is relieved.

主治：

使用方法 :
1. 點到即止保健法：找出患處最痛之痛點（痛點多位於骨隙或腫實之肌肉間）。
2. 搽上2- 3 滴黃道益活絡油於痛點上，用指尖在痛點上按壓15-20 分鐘，力度由輕至重，以患者不過度痛楚為宜。
3. 每天按壓3-5次，直至痊癒 。
4. 「熱敷法」：可用暖毛巾或暖水袋先敷患處，舒緩繃緊的軟組織，再加上點到即止保健法，更能收到止痛的效果。
5. 每日使用「黃道益活絡油」2-3次，直至痊癒。
