The Type 770K, known as the Großer Mercedes (Large Mercedes) was a large luxury car built by Mercedes Benz between 1930 and 1943. It was introduced to replace the 630 in 1930 and originally designated W-07. It was mainly used by government as state vehicles. The 770K (Kompressor) was signficantly redesigned in 1938 with the designation W-150. It was powered by an eight cylinder 7,655cc engine and produced 155 bhp at 3,000rpm without supercharging and 230bhp at 3200rpm with. At the time it was the most expensive German passenger car for sale although the price was only ever "available on request". A total of 88 were produced, some of which were armoured, before production ceased in 1943 with the last deliveries in March 1944.

Whether for wargaming or just building for display this brand new kit is a classic. Not to be missed.
