Dr. Melatonin Plus Sleep Spray Theiss can help: it combines melatonin with passionflower extract, hops and valerian.

The easy-to-use spray is easily dosed thanks to the spray head. The 20 ml package is enough for 34 days. With a pleasant taste of blackcurrant and mint.

Composition:

water; stabilizer: glycerin; valerian root extract (16.7%);; Fragrance; passionflower herb extract (1.7%); hop extract (1.7%); melatonin (0.17%); acidulant: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; Mint oil.

Composition in 2 sprays:

melatonin 0.5 mg
Passionflower herb extract 5 mg
hop extract 5 mg
Valerian root extract 50 mg

Dosage:

     To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: 4 sprays directly in the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed. (4 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime.
     For adaptation of the body after traveling with a change of time zones: 2 sprays directly in the mouth before going to bed.
