No-shpa 40 mg x 24 tablets can be used to treat smooth muscle spasms in biliary diseases: gallstones, cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder); spasms of the smooth muscles of the urinary tract: kidney stones, urinary tract stones, inflammation of the renal pelvis, cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), bladder spasm. As an adjuvant therapy for spasms of the smooth muscles of the stomach and intestines: gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastritis (inflammation of the gastric mucosa), stomach cramp, enteritis (inflammation of the intestinal mucosa), hypersensitivity and irritability of the colon, accompanied by constipation or flatulence (formation of gases in the digestive tract, mainly in the intestines); with tension type headache; for gynecological diseases: painful menstruation.
