About Ordering The Letters
Our letters are made from high quality vinyl
Choose From either the number or letter you require then select the colour form the chart shown on the pictures above.
If you select an "3" for example you would receive 1 pack of 3 number 3's, so if you lived at "127" you would need to order a 1, then order a 2, then order a 7 and you would receive 9 stickers in total (3 of each number)
You will receive 3 lots of 1 number, you can not substitute the other 2 for different letters.
Payment
We only accept payments via Paypal.
Dispatch & Delivery

If you get your order in before 12.30pm we will be able to get it printed that day and dispatched as soon as possible.
All orders will be sent via Royal mail second class.
Ebays delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date!

We are not responsible for any delays due to the service of Royal Mail
Orders that have returned due to "failure to deliver" will only be resent at buyers cost!

For greater peace of mind, speedier delivery and better security, use our signed for trackable service - GET IT FAST , Parcelforce 24 hour / next day is only £12.99 extra (for orders received before 12pm (signs 9am), orders received after this will be dispatched via courier the next working day) and is available to most mainland UK addresses - Highlands, Islands and overseas please contact us for details. For some larger items this service will be the 48 hour service, as 24 hour is NOT available on larger sized items.
Any problems or queries with non-delivery please submit by email, for a faster reply please supply; ID, method of payment, order date, order value, delivery address, full name & email address.
If any items are received damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we will of course send out a replacement at no extra charge.
If you decide that the item is no longer required or the wrong item has been ordered you can return these to us at your cost. Once the item has been received back with us and in a re-sellable condition we will then issue a refund minus the original posting cost. If you wish to return your item this will need to be within 30 days after your original order date. We are in no way responsible for the return of your items.
