There are used liquid and rapidly drying spirit-based, water-based or UV ink, which, by means of porous (anilox) roll, is transferred from the ink bath to the relief printing form and further directly onto the printing material. Ink dosing is performed by changing anilox rolls with pores of different depth and size. Dosage tolerance is increased by means of the ink-removing knife, which touches the rotating anilox roll. The simplicity of the process is determined by the fact, that operation of the equipment of this type is rather simple, it is easier readjusted for the new order, it produces less spoilage in time of adjustment. Nevertheless, such ink dosing isn’t so smooth as in a case of offset printing, therefore, colour reproduction has greater errors, however, it doesn’t change in the run.

The method of the flexographic printing covers 22% of the world market, nevertheless, its share is growing with the greatest rate (~8% per year). The flexographic printing has dominating positions in segments of printing on flexible packing, cardboard and self-adhesive labels – this market share reaches up to 70-75%.

Undelivered item

Returns

legwearworld will replace a product or issue a refund at no cost to the customer if the product is delivered with one of these two conditions:

1. Wrong product - if you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 7 business days.
After return wrong product we will ship to you correct product or issue you a full refund (incl. shipping charges)

2. Defective product - if you received a defective product, please notify us within 7 business days to return the product.
After we have examined and confirmed the defective product and will ship out a replacement to you right away.
