Detailed Condtion : Lovely belt - soft leather designed to cinch and tie around the waist....barely ever worn almost as new

A gorgeous vintage barely worn luscious slightly burgundy red leather belt wrap, tie, cinch belt!
To me this reminds me of an obe....it really cinches the waist.
The leather is soft and flexible, there are two areas the end ties can be threaded back through the belt back to the front or vice versa. I am not sure how this was originally meant to be tied.
It will work on anyway from 24" to 27" waist or so as an estimate and looks amazing as shown over a top
